The Luxurious Bridal Lounges & Suites
Woodhaven at Gopher Hills offers two private getting-ready suites for both bridal parties. Each suite adjoins a private lounge area for the couple and their wedding parties to enjoy.
The lounge areas are complete with comfortable seating and a smart TV to give everyone a chance to kick back and relax on the morning of the big day. One suite even has a Shuffleboard table – dare I say, it’s a fun photo opportunity for the groomsmen!
Both getting-ready suites also have balconies looking over the ceremony space to give the couple and bridal party a sneak peek of their anticipated walk down the aisle. Natural light floods each suite, perfect for capturing true-to-color bridal portraits and candid getting-ready photos.
Woodhaven thought of everything you might need to make your wedding day the very best possible.
Both suites have garment hooks for hanging your suits and dresses – and of course, for capturing those ethereal wedding dress shots! They also provide an iron and ironing board for those last-minute touch-ups before heading down the aisle.
The bride’s suite includes a large vanity area complete with backlit mirrors and multiple chairs, so your bridal party has ample space for pre-wedding pampering. It also offers a curtained-off changing area with a full-length mirror, ideal for the bride’s big dress reveal.
Woodhaven’s Spacious Indoor Ceremony and Reception Areas
The ceremony and reception spaces at this Minnesota wedding venue are truly magnificent. Even better, there’s no need for tiresome room flips since Woodhaven has separate areas for your ceremony and reception.
Woodhaven offers wedding guests upscale luxuries, such as a coat room, security, and large restrooms. There is also plenty of space to host weddings of up to 350 guests comfortably.

Woodhaven thought of every angle when designing their spaces – the peek balconies looking over the ceremony space allow your photographers to capture magnificent aerial shots.
The ceremony space includes a baby grand piano for serene prelude music and an emotional walk down the aisle.
Guests can make their way to the stunning reception area with plenty of space for dining, dancing, and everything in between. Overlooking the reception area is another balcony accessible by a staircase – this is an excellent place for the newlyweds to make their grand re-entrance!
The reception hall is yet another area couples can make their own. The staircase is a blank canvas for couples to add their favorite florals or greenery. And there is plenty of space to create a floral backdrop behind your head table or sweetheart table.
Cocktail Bar Area
An upscale cocktail bar area adjoins the ceremony and reception space, acting as a fantastic transition area from the ceremony to cocktail hour.
This area includes a full bar and plenty of space to add high-top tables if desired. Guests can mingle comfortably, sit at the bar, or stand by the warmth of the beautiful fireplace.
The cocktail bar area is ideal for providing guests with delicious finger foods and hand-crafted signature cocktails during cocktail hour.
Woodhaven provides complete beverage service with bartenders, set-up, and multiple beverage packages. Couples can rest easy, knowing their guests are well-taken care of while away.
